I live full-time in the Charlotte area where my primary office is located, but am actively licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and California. Since I am familiar with the North Carolina and California markets, I am the perfect choice for those moving to the area. My real estate career began in the early 1990s while working for a real estate attorney in a prestigious Southern California firm. Because of my passion for the industry, I eventually obtained my real estate license. After visiting the beautiful state of North Carolina & falling in love with it, I relocated and joined 1st Choice Properties, a very successful company in the Charlotte area.
Having made a cross-country move myself, I understand the special needs of moving to a new area. Because of that, many of my clients at the present time are relocating from another state or moving here from overseas.
